We know that getting your item delivered in good condition and on time is important to you, and that's why we have several delivery choices. We take great care to offer shipping methods and delivery terms that meet your needs: Standard Delivery: We ship most items with this method via reliable delivery services like UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, and FedEx. Curbside Delivery: With this option, your item is shipped to a freight carrier, which will then deliver the item right to your driveway. This is a great choice if you're purchasing a particularly large or heavy item. The freight carrier will contact you to set up a delivery appointment at your convenience. Threshold Delivery: This method provides delivery of a large item to the first dry area on your property, such as a garage or inside an outside door, so you can be sure your purchase is safe and protected from the elements. This method allows you to choose a designated appointment time. Room of Choice Delivery: If you're buying furniture or other bulky pieces, the Room of Choice option means the carrier will deliver the item and put it in any room you want, as long as there's a clear path. This method allows you to choose a designated appointment time. White Glove Delivery: The “best of the best”, our White Glove option means that the item will be delivered at your chosen appointment time, and then carriers will unpack, set up and inspect it to ensure it's just what you expected. This delivery also includes removal of packaging. Some orders to rural and remote areas are subject to an additional shipping and handling fee per unit. *Appliances that DO NOT include installation and/or basic hookup: Dishwashers, Microwaves, Cooktops, Wall Ovens, Range Hoods, Laundry Pedestals, Wine Cellars, Slide-in Ranges and Commercial Appliances.
