Rich tasting but with delicate aroma, each piece of Italian smoked bacon is prepared using a selection of spices. The light smoky flavour adds to its unique flavour giving the option be consumed both cooked and uncooked. Sliced thinly it can be used as a substitute for bacon. Cut into cubes in can be used in multitude of cooking recipes.
