    • Orders placed Monday by 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) will be delivered between Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of the following week.
    • Orders placed from Monday after 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) to Sunday will be delivered two weeks later.

    Due to the perishable nature of this item, orders do NOT ship over the weekend.

    This cheese is produced with pasteurized cow’s milk and matured for about 10 weeks. The paste has a white straw color with a soft consistency and a delicate flavor. Its flavor is sweet, with slight hints of milk and stable. It is an excellent table cheese with ciabatta type bread or accompanied by blueberry or orange jams and honey. Also excellent as an ingredient in recipes, to be melted in the oven, or over some grilled vegetables.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
