- Orders placed Monday by 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) will be delivered between Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of the following week.
- Orders placed from Monday after 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) to Sunday will be delivered two weeks later.
Due to the perishable nature of this item, orders do NOT ship over the weekend.
Produced in the number of Southern Italian regions, and not specifically in Calabria, as its name identifies, this cheese has a compact and elastic aspect and texture. Its paste is yellow with a very few holes, while its taste is sweet and delicate. It is a great melting cheese and can be used on sandwiches and pizzas.

Instruction for members upon receiving product:
- Open immediately upon arrival
- Packing should be intact (no damaged seal, leaks, etc.)
- Product should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receiving

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
